Destination: Organization, A Week By Week Journey, By Denise Landers

Pitch reporters with our up-to-date media databases:

Question: Who is the intended audience?
Answer: Anyone who wants to improve daily work flow and lessen the stress created by clutter—cluttered schedules, cluttered desks, cluttered spaces, and cluttered minds.

Q: What is the book about?
A: Destination: Organization recognizes that reaching your organizing goals is a journey, not a one-time event, as you develop processes to cope with daily demands that constantly change. This book is simply laid out, with options to match your individual style, and gives you the tools to organize every aspect of your life. Whether you are hoping to clear stacks from your desk, add more productive hours to your days, lower daily stress, or plan a vacation with the extra time you will have, you can achieve it with this book as your guide.

Q: Why are you the best person to write this book?
A: I am the owner of Key Organization Systems, Inc. and have spent years speaking, training, consulting, and coaching on time management and effective work flow, helping companies and individuals create systems for handling both their business and personal lives. NBC Nightly News recently interviewed me as their productivity expert for a feature on vacation deprivation in the U.S. to find out why we are so busy we cannot even take off all of the days we earn.

Q: How is this book different from other books on this topic?
A: Because everyone has different strengths and learning styles, this book has been designed to use in a variety of ways, allowing you to choose the method that works best for you.

Q: Is there anything else we should know about this book?
A: In our society, where everyone is struggling with too much to do and too little time, we end up multitasking non-stop. Even though you may feel that you are good at it, studies are demonstrating that you are more productive when you can focus on one thing at a time. However the bigger issue is that researchers have discovered that constant multitasking is actually causing short-term memory damage. We have to find ways to limit our need to work in this mode. Becoming more organized can help us focus and prioritize, which is one of the ways we can accomplish this.

Posted by Dan Janal, Your Fearless PR LEADER | December 17th, 2007

Pitch reporters with our up-to-date media databases:

Question: Who is the intended audience?
Answer: The audience for this book is anyone concerned with DUI/DWI and desiring an understanding of the law and the criminal charge.

Q: What is the book about?
A: The book is really designed to give the reader an understanding of the facts and fictions of DUI/DWI. The reader will learn how to avoid being stopped by the police and what to do if one is stopped. All the key sobriety tests are explained from the field tests, breathalyzers to the blood tests and how they can be used and abused in court. The reader will be prepared to select the right lawyer to launch a defense. The book is a must read for anyone charged with DUI/DWI.

Q: Why are you the best person to write this book?
A: The author, Anders Johnson, is  an attorney with eighteen years under his belt defending the rights of individuals charged with DUI/DWI. He believes that a guilt myth surrounds DUI/DWI and wrote the book at the urging of his clients.

Q: How is this book different from other books on this topic?
A: The book is a no holds barred look at DUI/DWI from the point of view of the person charged with the crime. This is a politically charged subject and this book is one of the first to look at this subject from this perspective.

Q: Is there anything else we should know about this book?
A: The book is currently available FREE at www.DUIAnswer.com for the cost of shipping and handling of less than ten dollars. The book is free, but the information is critical to anyone facing a DUI/DWI charge.

Full-Time Woman, Part-Time Career; Launching A Flexible Business That Fits Your Life, Feeds Your Family, And Fuels Your Brain, By Karen Steede Terry

Posted by Dan Janal, Your Fearless PR LEADER | December 14th, 2007

Pitch reporters with our up-to-date media databases:

Question: Who is the intended audience?
Answer: Women (and some men!) who are looking for a way to start a flexible career in their chosen field.

Q: What is the book about?
A: Women today are looking for ways to maintain or build a flexible career while they have a family. Full-Time Woman, Part-Time Career is the first book of its kind to bridge this gap for professional women who do not want to set up a “typical” home-based business selling kitchen accessories or cosmetics. This book teaches women what they need to do in order to set up their business and get started, set their rates, market themselves and their services, and gain new clients and grow their business. The result is that women can build a flexible home-based business in as little as two years, so that they can have the time they need to work from home while raising a family.

Q: Why are you the best person to write this book?
A: For 11 years, Karen Steede Terry has been self-employed as a sought-after independent consultant and software instructor. Her rich knowledge and firsthand experience results in a very practical book filled with advice, tips, and “how-to” information for women who want to start a business or go out on their own.

Q: How is this book different from other books on this topic?
A: Most other books on starting a home-based business feature “party-planning” businesses that require you to sell products to family and friends. Full-Time Woman, Part-Time Career is different because it is written specifically for professional, technical, and career-oriented women who want to start a business in their existing field using their unique skills and abilities. It bridges the gap for these women who struggle with the question of how to raise a family while maintaining a career.

Q: Is there anything else we should know about this book?
A: Full-Time Woman, Part-Time Career has been extremely well-received. It has been featured on Dr. Laura Schlessinger’s nationally syndicated radio show, and the author has been interviewed on numerous radio stations. Most recently Karen was the featured story on CBS news:
